You'll work with the same products as the Trip.md team — on the public site and professional flows, from a single flight to a full vacation.
Flight tickets
Economy and business flights, international routes, changes, and fare consulting for every client.
Travel packages
Flight + hotel deals, full stays, and promo packages — ready to sell or tailored to budget.
City breaks
Weekend getaways in Europe: flights, accommodation, and optional bundled services.
Hotels
Standalone stays or as part of a package — from budget options to premium hotels.
Transfers
Airport–hotel and inter-city transfers, integrated into the client's offer.
Travel insurance
Medical cover and assistance — recommended and included in complete packages.
Custom individual packages
You're not limited to the catalog: combine flights, hotels, transfers, and insurance per client needs and build personalized offers, like on Trip.md's professional platforms.

Your role
What you'll do every day
You'll be the voice of Trip.md for clients who want to travel — from first contact to confirmed ticket.
You work directly with people dreaming of their next vacation, city break, or business flight. You help them find the best solution, quickly and professionally.
Main responsibilities
- Advise clients on flight tickets, travel packages, hotels, and city breaks.
- Identify client needs and offer the most suitable travel options.
- Process bookings, track payments, and ensure a worry-free experience.
- Active communication by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
- Maintain client relationships and generate referrals through excellent service.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
Ideal profile

Essential requirements
- Excellent communication in Romanian (Russian is an advantage).
- Good sales skills and client orientation.
- Availability to work from the office in Chisinau.
- Organized, responsible person with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of PC, internet, and messaging apps.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in sales, call center, or tourism.
- Knowledge of GDS systems or booking platforms.
- Experience consulting on flight tickets or travel packages.
- Negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple clients at once.
